Abdominal bench: The apparatus consists of a metal bench. It is intended to strengthen the abdominal, back and waist muscles, and also improves the function of the heart and lungs. Putting the hands on either side of the head, it passes into a sitting position slowly using the abdominal muscles.
Parallel bars: the apparatus consists of two parallel metal bars - handles, exercises arms, chest, back, triceps, abdominals and shoulders. It helps in overall strengthening of the trunk.
